I have a PhD in neuroscience (study of the brain) from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. My thesis concentrated on how to repair the brain and spinal cord by enhancing central nervous system plasticity. Currently exploring new environments and experiences while enjoying writing away at coffee shops (before heading back to neuroscience).
I have interests in writing, neuroeconomics (study of human choices), neuroscience, altruism, health, exercise physiology, lifespan, general health, science 2.0, and brain health and fitness, to mention a few.
